THE SUNDANCE CATALOG
The Sundance Catalog was founded by Robert Redford in 1989 and is dedicated to the discovery and support of artisan crafts, environmental causes and Sundance workshops. The catalog sells a broad array of apparel, jewelry and hand-crafted products. My role at Elixir Design in San Francisco was as lead art director for the Sundance Catalog brand. From initial content development, to the final production, I worked alongside the Sundance Catalog team. I was responsible for concept, design and photoshoot art direction, working with a crew of talented, seasoned professionals. My work on these catalogs helped to develop and refine my skills in photoshoot art direction. Photoshoots ranged from in-studio product (jewelry, apparel and artisan home goods) to on-location model and product shoots across the Western USA.
